Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
A. Members who buy their products within UK, should expect to receive their orders within five (5) working days upon payment verification. All orders outside of UK will be posted within 24 hours and may take upto 14 days to arrive. Tracking number will be provided.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
Q. HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?
A. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery.
Q. CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
A. Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.
Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE’S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)
A. We take such matters very seriously and will look into this promptly and replacement will be sent free of charge subject to proof of damaged items.
In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team in UK and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost.
